Alain: Scott's timetable (below) does indeed provide
enough overlap to get us over the hump. After that, we
might want to consider setting up another mail-server,
just in case. Not high-priority for at least a month
though.

Alain: It is more appropriate for us that our lists be
managed by an open source hosting service specifically
tailored to our way (e.g. SourceForge).
