I've installed the latest version ( Release Version 5.0.1.7)
Mailscanner is loaded, but it does not seem to realise that there are messages waiting to be scanned.
Where do I start to debug this problem?
1)Stop OpenProtect(openprotect).
2)Set "Debug = yes" and "Debug SpamAssassin = yes" in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf and run check_mailscanner.
3)Look for any error messages in the maillog or the STDIN
4)Verify that the incoming and outgoing queue directories are set correctly in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf and their ownership and permissions are also right.
