most probably your conf-split number is 211 , note i say most probably
because qmail-queue can/will create hash directories if the directory is
not present

to update to 211 hash directories, do the following:

edit /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf

Qmail Hash Directory Number = 211

cd <directory where openprotect was extracted>
cd op-qmail-1.03
make clean
cat 211 > conf-split
make openprotect
chmod 4755 qmail-queue
chown qmailq:qmail qmail-queue
mv qmail-queue /var/qmail/bin/

openprotect restart
