be able to have at least some training data in our repository.

When I sent the request to Infra we have to say where the
site will be located.
Would this be a place where we can start the site:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/opennlp/site/

I think its unlikely that we will get more sites anytime soon, right ?
And if so, we could simply change it.
