Some nice features can only be seen when using it for a while,
e.g. it has a real email interface and can be customised a lot.

Another interesting thing (I do not have personal experience with):

   Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system 
   for software development projects.
   
   Trac uses a minimalistic approach
