I'm not 100% sure, but I guess the security system doesn't allow it.
it disabled the instruction for creating files in this directory, so it look
like you can't do that at all.

but I might be wrong as well. opensc-explorer is a toy for testing,
but it is not used like this very often, and we don't even know which
cards support commands like that, and which don't (e.g. need extra information
or something). our testing is mostly based on pkcs15-init and friends.
