pksc15-init is compatible with cardos 4.3b?


C:\opensc\trunk\src\tools>pkcs15-init.exe --create-pkcs15
required access right not granted
card-cardos.c:885:cardos_lifecycle_set: Card returned error: Security status
not satisfied
card.c:678:sc_card_ctl: returning with: Security status not satisfied
Couldn't bind to the card: Security status not satisfied


I using new card.
How I can create and store file on card?
