OK. After discussing this further with the project team and management
the following changes are being made to this case:
1. There will be no link (neither hard nor symbolic) between top and
prstat.
2. The real top utility will be supplied rather than changing prstat.
3. The top utility will be delivered through the SFW consolidation
rather than through the ON consolidation.
4. There is no commitment at this time to do a phase 2. If there is a
phase 2, it will extend top options to provide capabilities similar
to those provided by the current prstat that are not yet provided
by top.
5. The project team will have to get legal approval for the unixtop
license (but that is not an ARC issue).
This FastTrack remains running and the timeout remains the same.
