Because it's still pointless.   No amount of arguments will add up to
making it worthwhile or likely that /usr/gnu/bin/ls is removed from
the system and the debate about the PATH order has happened elsewhere.

If you want to waste your time arguing, that's your choice, but it's
not going to change anything.
