Hi Rainer, your proposal makes sense to me.  I'll ask around internally
to see if there are people who should review it who aren't yet
participating on opensolaris.org.

lombus can be opened; CR 6393461.
envctrltwo can be opened; 6393459.
central can be opened; 6392835.
rmclomv can be opened; 6393465.

grppm cannot be opened.

So I think the right thing to do is move grppm into a new package, and
open up those 4 others (lombus, envctrltwo, central, and rmclomv) at the
same time as we make the packaging changes (if not earlier).
