There have been no changes in the U.S. Export Laws that I am aware
of. For the last six months the U.S. Government has been discussing
revisions and have even issued some draft regulations. But nothing
has been officially issued, the draft regulations are incomplete, and
various members of Congress have stated that they will try to over
turn them either because that are too weak and will harm the national
security interests or are too strong and do not allow enough to be
exported.
So until something actually gets issued we are stuck with the status
quo.
