Aside of road-indexes download, there is an alternative
of generation of OBF (full) map with custom drawn boundaries,
independently on country borders.

It can be advantage to generate a map in form of "snake"
covering the route of a long distance trip with some bands on both sides.

However, I use the "roads only" maps because that saves a lot of MB's
on my phone. I cannot select that before downloading. When I'm
downloading anyway I get a PHP file instead of a ZIP file so I'm a bit
puzzeled ...
