I'm not an expert on the Fujifilm cameras, I'm afraid. However, it's  
not going to be crap as most cameras by well-known companies are  
perfectly decent these days.

It's a Bridge camera, so you need to know what the non-changeable lens  
is like. I usually recommend Panasonic as their weakness (not very  
good in low-light) is more than balanced out by their amazing lenses.

Try one out. If you like it, it'll be as good as you need.
