The things I liked on looking at it was that the lens is quite large,
glass, records video in mpeg4, and the camera has a 15x optical zoom.
Fifteen! That's practically stalkeratzi! Also, I really really like
the Fuji CCD quality, even on my very cheap A610. Much better than my
brother's Canon which cost three or four times as much and has 'more
pixels'.

Fujinon 15x Optical zoom lens, F3.5 (Wide) - F5.4 (Telephoto)
        Lens focal length: f=5.0 - 75.0 mm, equivalent to 27.6 - 414 mm on a
35 mm camera
        Aperture: Wide: F3.5 / F7.0, Telephoto: F5.4 / F10.8

Ah, well, if I knew anyone with one.

Oh, it also has a super-macro mode with a focal length of 1cm-30cm,
which should be a lot of fun.

Now, how many 10MP photos will a 8GB SDHC card hold?

When we woke up that morning we had no way of knowing that in a
matte of hours we'd changed the way we were going. Where would
I be now? Where would I be now if we'd never met? Would I be
singing this song to someone else instead?
