are we assuming the Dignity was inside Israel's established 100 mile  
border?

  CNN is reporting the Dignity was definitely in international waters,  
yet they also report they were about 90 miles from the coast -

and as I said, if the Dignity penetrated Israeli's lawful border, then  
they have to suffer the potential consequences -
I've never said otherwise -

Israel is claiming (at least in reports thus far) that they thought  
these people were terrorists ...
I'd like to see how they came to that conclusion.

We've seen bad intelligence lead to pretty horrible events.
