Hallo Ich habe ein problem mit dem Generic Agent.
Der Cron-Dienst läuft, aber er führt keine aktionen aus. Habe eingerichtet dass die Tickets automatisch wieder freigegeben werden. Dieses wird nicht ausgeführt und der PostMaster Mail account wird auch nicht automatisch gestartet. Beides funktioniert einwandfrei wenn ich es händisch anstarte. Habe auch schon den Cron-Dienst neu gestartet und den Rechner auch schon neu gestartet. Das ganze hat bis vor kurzer zeit noch funktioniert! Habe OTRS:ITSM 1.3.1 und das ganze läuft auf einer XP-Maschine. Hat jemand das problem schon mal gehabt oder kann mir jemand tipps zur problemlösung geben?
