Here is what prints out in the log :

Here is what I see in otrs :

Software error:
Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at
/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 925.


And that's it.  Can't see any of the emails popmaster got.  I think it's
because they have no ticket #, but I want to see them, and be able to
delete them.  It's like they are stuck if I get spam, or anything.  I'd
like it if someone was having a problem, they could just send a normal
email, and it would show up in the queue with an assigned ticket #.  I
don't get that much spam, so I could just close those tickets as spam or
whatever... if I'm understanding this correctly.
