I tried the new file (DBUpdate-to-2.4.pl) from bugzilla. I get lots of errors regarding column 'state_notify'

OTRS 2.4 comes with more customer attributes as default. So in this case it looks you already added customer attributes by your self. This is no problem, scripts/DBUpdate-to-2.4.*.sql is trying the same with no success because it's already done. So you can ignore this. :) > Then I started the migration script as otrs user.
