Hi Sourabh, You should use SMTPS to communicate with Google's SMTP servers. If you don't see that option in Core::Sendmail, please check if all needed Perl modules are installed. See also: http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/c1572.html#email-sending-smtp
