Third, enable its use in the new ticket interface.
Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew,
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText
Put 1 in the content of the key you want to display (1 int the case you
used TicketFreeKey1.
By the way, I couldn't get the
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText part to work.
If you find how to show freetext fields in the ticketzoom client
interface, please let me know.
