Dear Jo WELL  DONE!  What you did is what it's all about.   A word of warning though... Beware of arrows from unexpected places when you share experiences about events in your workplace via "open" lists.  You never know who is lurking out there just waiting to shoot you down in flames.  Being "with woman" can be a dangerous road to walk when you show up the inadequacies of others around you through your dedication, determination and commitment to the true role of the midwife.    Keep up the great work.  Your bravery is inspiring.  Kind regards, Lois
