Good morning.

Why is it that i received
no reply from someone interested in doing something like this ?

Do all programmers just earn so much more now ?
Or do you think it is a bad idea ?
Or is the audience of this list just tiny ?

I now pay 200 Euro to the one finding a programmer
who is inspired by the following idea
and able to pull it off.

Kind regards Philippe

We would like to offer 3000 Euro for an
Open Source P2P Trust Community System.

It should allow participants to easily build communities
of peers they trust, and share comments about peers
and other entities. Comments should be categorised
into trust levels needed to view them.
Data and communication will be encrypted and distributed.
Rapid implementation is key, later improvements
will be paid for additionally.

The project is non-commercial,
the aim to enable family functions on a global level.
Details are open for discussion, input is welcome.

Kind regards Philippe
