Yes. Our first step was to have the customer remove Clock III. The Datebook
problem remains. We can't say if Palm V owners who are not customers of
ours are having the same problems because 3Com will not respond to our
inquiries.

It's my understanding that the Palm V uses a different Motorola chip from
the III series.

Which is why I'm asking other developers if they've seen the problem.
