I agree that the design of the cover causes a problem with the scroll
buttons - a very obvious problem, in fact, which really makes me wonder
whether *anyone* is looking at these products before releasing them.
The way the Datebook alarm problem has been reported to us is that nothing
happens until the customer turns the unit on some time after the alarm was
supposed to be triggered, at which point the alarm sounds. This would seem
to indicate that it is not a case of the alarm going off and not being
noticed, but rather a failure of the Dragonball EZ to send the interrupt in
the first place.
