I don't want to see that either.  But I hate to tell you this but the
First Amendment does not protect you here.  It certainly does not apply
to this list where you have to submit a request and be approved.  You
are certainly free to whine but do not bring in the First
Amendment; which does not apply.
 
The First Amendment gives you the right to whine, it does not obligate
every media to carry it.
