FWIW I've been unable to get more than one of my Sun Support contracts associated with my Oracle Single Sign On Account - and Oracle's website continues to tell me I do not have an appropriate version of flash installed on my browser unless I use Internet Explorer under MS Windows.

This is going to be all kinds if fun.
