This must be a multiple scan 17, as it's a common fault when they fail. The
image becomes slightly dim and enlarged. You won't be able to adjust it.
It's caused by a  power FET type FS10M, location Q510 within the monitor
failing. I usually replace with an IRFP460, easier to source.

Unless you regularly undertake this type of repair, or have a friend who
does, the repair is likely to be uneconomical if undertaken by a service
company.
