Hello:

Just got a 7500 used. It has an extra fan kicking around in the drive bay, which appears to theoretically be blowing on the processor--ie. it is there, but was not connected to a power source. The repair manual for this machine does not show a fan in this location--though the case is clearly designed for one. Has anyone ever seen a fan in this location, and if so, does it blow or suck on the processor? Since it is in there, I guess I might as well wire it up and use it--just need to know which way it should be blowing air.

Thanks.
