I had a "dead" one ... but I simply needed to reseat the CPU ... it had
not been fully installed when I moved to an upgrade ... PowerLogix G3
400 ... taking it out, and putting it back properly solved that dead
one issue ...
A fresh battery continues to be a good start ...

Did you reset the CUDA button? It's a small white or red button on
the motherboard that needs to be depressed for 30 seconds before
reassembling and powering up.
