Check your SCSI arrangement as well ... making
sure only the last one on the internal chain of
devices is properly terminated.
Havent touched anything in that respect.
Curious ... What OS are you running? and from the internal SCSI HD?
OS 9.1, from the internal SCSI HD.
CDROM working OK?
Everything was working fine until I tried to
install that PCI card. Maybe I fried something
vital by not waiting the prescribed 5 minutes...
I am currently copying stuff off the HD by
stuffing it into a 9100 & burning a CD.

Okl, ill do that. Right now put the drive as a
second (actually, third) drive in a 9500/120 I
have sitting around. So now I'm gonna get the
data off the drive, replace it in the 8600,
pull the CPU card, replace it good, push the
cuda for 30 seconds, and see if I get a BONG
this time.
