Hi All. I think I figured out what the problem is.. with my mail not getting thru.. Here's my letter that I sent.. but I had spelled out that word.. Vir**.. and I think it got kicked back.. We'll see if that's the problem.. Here goes again..

It said to reboot your computer, etc.. etc.. Well, everytime I went to install it.. it said, "something was running" and I'm sure it was the Norton Vir** Scan.. How do you disable it.. for just enough time,, to install the GoBack.. I can't seem to figure this out. and I'm sure its right in front of my face.. but I honestly can't figure it out.. HELP.. LOL.. Thanks so much. Also, I have it where it not only scans my emails coming in.. but also scans any emails going out..
