That is true for a hard drive and similiar. BUT InCD and other similar
programs are making a CD look and act like a psuedo- hard drive, but the CD
is not obviously. And that is what I think the problem is with trying to
save from the clipboard directly to the CD. That was the reason for my
sugguestion of saving whatever is out on the clipboard to an actual file on
the hard drive, zip cart, or other similar media, and then move the
resulting file to the CD to be written.

If you use the clipboard viewer that comes with windows (Start,
Programs, Accesories, System Tools, Clipboard viewer) you can save out
of that in a file format.
