Helene, This email of yours came through OK, but you could have a selective or intermittent problem. My brother in South Australia had the same problem, sending emails to me which I never received. After blaming our respective ISPs, it turned out that his installation of that Norton program was to blame. All OK again once it was uninstalled. His OS is W98. HTH.
