Hi All... Thanks so much to everyone. I was able to get to install the Goback, by going to run/misconfig. and taking out all the checks. there, for the moment.(Thanks Tiff).. and that worked.. So, now I have it on my system. Mom got the Norton System Works 2002.. the other day.. and it says, there's a rebate, but you have to have Norton or McAfee on your system. I HAD McAfee.. Mom - HAD Norton.. but any suggestions how we can "prove" we had them.. I checked my bill, which is almost 4 years old. and it's not listed.. We had since been using InoculateIT.. Thanks.
