Hi, I have a very weird thing happening to my desktop. Recently I have been working a great deal with photos, making slideshows. Sometimes I am successful and then again I'm not. I use ShowBiz or Windows Movie Maker. I usually can get down to putting the music in, and then I have trouble with that. But that is not the trouble I am talking about.
All of a sudden, dozens of PDF icons with COPY OF (some number) will appear on my desktop......sometimes as many as forty will appear. I have to delete them one by one. Often, as I am clicking on some to highlight and then delete them, these very ones will reappear on my desktop. There are always a few of them on my desktop when I first boot up my computer in the morning. In the ten years I have been "playing" with a computer, this is the first time this has happened. Before this, I have noticed that when I move some of my photos from MY PICTURES to another folder, the same pics with COPY OF will appear in my MY PICTURES folder.
