Just upgraded to Quark 6.0 and Acrobat 6.0 - which in tandem create PDFs about the same as Quark 5 and Acrobat 5 did on OS 9.2, however the file sizes in the finished PDFs are now enormous. Every available setting is the same as before, too. Stuff that used to be under one mB are now over 8! I've found some documentation in Quark's manuals where they almost brag about their new PDF file sizes being a good thing, but I'm emailing ads all over the place and these can't be this huge... Is there a solution within the process or can I somehow reduce the file size of the PDF after its been made, without losing print quality? Thanks!
