Not exactly.  It would map the PPT transitions to the closest available
transition supported in PDF.  Some are more or less identical, some not
even close.  That's not to fault either - just to point out that apples
aren't oranges.

Other than transitions and hyperlinks within text, the PDFMaker macros do
fairly little in the way of preserving PPT interactivity in PDF, but it's
possible to do far more w/o a lot of attention from the user.
