You have various default job options to select from:

Screen is the smallest file size and fonts are not embedded.

Print is for office copiers and fonts are embedded.

Press is for printing at a commercial printer, and fonts are embedded.

Unless you have a specific reason to edit the job options, just pick one of
the three above for each particular use.
