I think (hope) I have fixed this bug by updating to the latest version and then
recreating the documents. It happened on my customer's printer not mine. I
suspect their printer driver needs to be updated.

I will be curious to see if there is a fix. We find that if we open and close it
or move it to a Mac that it looks fine. It is an intermittent problem for us. We
were using the font Times, also 6.0 Pro and Windows XP. --Susan
