The photo at http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1178334 ranks with the most compelling, unsettling street shots I've seen. To glance at this photo and not be moved to help the homeless, one must have a heart of stone. A fine use of a 300mm lens, a use that argues strongly for the virtues of the diminutive 300/4 A* and M*.
