Some ... certainly many items are twenty years old, and many more in the fifteen year range. That's not counting some antique and classic items, like ties from the 1940's, saddle shoes from the 1950's, and the like.
> Driving the same car?
Newest car is a 1984 model. Also have a 1972 model and a 1964 model convertible with the ORIGINAL top.
> Using the same music system?
With the exception of a CD player added about eight or so years ago, most of my system dates to around 1982, with some special pieces going back to 1978-79
> Calculating with a pencil?
Quite often, if the math is too complex to do in my head. Sometimes I use
a pen. Don't have a calculator in the house except the one that comes with
Windows XP.
> Typing on a type-writer?
I have two. One is a 1950's Smith Corona portable which I use a few times
a year in order to get that nice vintage type it produces, and the other is
an electronic typewriter which was purchased about 18 or 20 years ago. It
has it's uses and I refuse to give it up. It's perfect for addressing
envelopes and mailing labels, and for other small tasks.

No pigeons, but no mobile or cell phone either.

Well, you thought wrong. Of course, I'm the exception on this list, I'm sure.
Shel .... and I'm not kidding about all of this stuff.
