I think he might be saying that the lens and adapter are stuck to the camera
body itself?

In this case I would not know what to do...except recommend that you not
destroy the lens!!

1. Find a pentax K-mount body you can mount the lens/adapter to.
2. Put lens/adapter onto the camera.
3. Grip camera firmly in hand, lens in other hand.
4. Unscrew lens from adapter, with adapter still on camera.
5. Use fingers/pen/other pointy object to remove the adapter from the
camera.
