I would like to try that. Mutton has a deep, rich flavor that I like. It fell out of favor in the US during world war two, when our troops got more of it than they wanted. Now it's starting to make a comeback. I do eat quite a bit of rutabaga, a very nice vegetable, and a drank quite a bit of Akkevit when I visited my relative in Sweden.
