 I've handled a couple of 67II's and they seem pretty similar to the 67, just with 
a few more buttons and an LCD panel.  I was lusting after one until I realised I 
don't need the extra features and bought a secondhand 67 instead.

 The only modification I'd make is a fully mechanical mirror lockup.  An LX-
style meter would be useful but not as important to me.

 IMO the Pentax 67 is very light with a waist-level finder.  I've been lugging an 
old RB67 around which must weigh at least double the Pentax even without its 
massive prism.
