I've shot a fair amount in south central Utah & have gotten similar comments about some of those images, especially those shot in canyons under optimum lighting. It's hard for those who haven't experienced those colors to appreciate what can be captured.
Some of what Pal has posted remind me of Galen Rowell's work < http://www.mountainlight.com/gallery.html> in regards to the light & color in the images. I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion just putting my $.02 forward. Whatever you are trying to acheive it's not working, the degree of saturation that I'm seeing really detracts from what are otherwise a spectacular set of landscape images. They just do not look remotely realistic. -- Rob Studdert HURSTVILLE AUSTRALIA Tel +61-2-9554-4110 UTC(GMT) +10 Hours [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://picasaweb.google.com/distudio/PESO http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio//publications/ Pentax user since 1986, PDMLer since 1998 -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
