Why? I mean why can't you measure the exposure on any other body than
LX? It should be principally the same as using M42 lenses via the
adapter, which I do all the time, and I have always been able to
measure the exposure, with both K2DMD and SFXn. Perhaps you are using
a bad adapter, which doesn't tell the body that the metering is done
at working aperture (by moving the aperture linkage pin all the way
down)?
