Well, I always figured it was because they didn't want pictures taken of that blacked out limo. Certainly no one was going to get a shot of anyone in the car. But, maybe they just didn't want anyone to follow them to where they were going. If that was it, they succeeded brilliantly. All the furor was (is), in my mind, because no one wanted to admit that the accident was because there were three crocked out of their mind idiots in the car. Of course the public's idols can not possibly be at fault, so someone else must take the blame.
