Okay, set the f-stop for f8, look through the viewfinder and zoom for your
composition.  The "new" f-stop is shown on the bottom of the viewfinder.
Reach up with your left hand and turn the aperture ring until the desired
(f8) aperture is shown in the viewfinder.
