Does anyone ever read my posts? Here is the essense of my previous comments
on this.

The structure of the image and the resolution of the optical system are not
the same thing at all. On film resolution is where the image starts to blur
together that blur is sort of analog, that is it blends. Digital images are,
well digital, the edges of the pixels are distinct. The point where the
digital image begins to appear analog is at least 10 times the resolution
limits of the optical system. Which puts you up around that 10K ppi figure I
mentioned in another post.
