The problem I ran into with the clear screen covers is they would not go on smoothly & left bubbles underneath. I can get the clear tape to go on smoothly without bubbles.
hmm, i didn't have that problem three years ago when i put mine on; i do have that problem with the protectors on my phone, but usually i can work them to the side and over time they go away
